New management did construction that occupied the entire year instead of doing it during breaks. On top of that they didn’t let me sublease 2 weeks before scheduled move in. Ridiculous
We recently signed a lease with Brookside in Columbia. The apartments are new(ish), clean and just the right amount of space. Connor Fitzgerald met us on a busy weekend at Mizzou as our leasing agent, and was professional, kind and informative. The front desk worker (Jack) was also helpful. It is nice to work and deal with people who care.
