This company is awful. My daughter submitted her application. They didn't respond for over 10 days. She tried to contact them, but the student staff won't let anyone talk to the managing team to resolve the issue. I had to email to schedule an appointment to discuss the issue. Terrible people. Overcharging students for past small damages. Hit my son's credit for a small bill under protest and took years to try and shake it off his credit rating. See all the negative ratings with no responses? That's because they are all true.
This property is located in the heart of downtown. I especially enjoy the view from above downtown from my bedroom window. The staff is AMAZING! The maintenance crew helped me out with a few issues and Clayton told me where the best food was downtown. I LOVE IT HERE!!
