Walnut, Suite 107, on the corner of Walnut and College Ave. Townhomes: At 400 W. Old Plank Rd.

Avoid Brookside, they have the worst management of any apartment complex I have dealt with. Supposedly under new management now but seems to be worse than the previous management. Maintenance for the last year sucked, and against my advice my daughter and her roommates decided to stay there for their final year despite a $150 rent increase. So on August 1 the new rent kicked in and I logged in to pay but it showed $0 balance due. My daughter also tried to pay the rent with the same result. Uncooperative management
Expensive pricing, poorly trained staff, low quality maintenance: didn’t have AC for months during the summer time. Do better.
Awesome Property! Y'all should definitely come check it out. I Highly recommend Brookside as your new home.
