Had dentist Amber. although she is new, she was nice and was great. My gums started hurting a little when she was digging in through the tarter she was trying to remove, but it is possibly because I had too much buildup in my teeth and gums. Great overall.
The dentist was very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their care. Unfortunately, the dental assistant was extremely rude and accusatory, which made the experience uncomfortable. This was one of the worst interactions I’ve had in a clinical setting. It’s disappointing because the dentist was excellent, but the assistant’s behavior overshadowed the visit.

We switched to Brookside Dental Centre a couple of years ago and have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received. The staff and dentists are friendly and professional and provide excellent dental care. Catherine is outstanding – skilled, thorough, and painless. The best hygienist we’ve had by far!
