They are really friendly! They just got a new dentist and he awesome! Highly Recommend! Fills cavities quickly and he is gentle so minimal pain. They are taking new patients so you can get in pretty fast. When I set up the appointment I had the option to come 15 minutes early and fill out the paperwork for new patients or fill it out online. So that was wonderful! Then when I got there they were very friendly and got me in within 5 minutes.
I was a faithful customer at Brookside for 2 years. In that time my wife and I had a total of over $6000 of work. We paid all out of pocket expense and currently have a 0 balance. In spite of that we both felt the employees of Brookside treated us poorly with little respect. We felt that they over provided so they could collect 100% insurance and then a little out of pocket.
