I personally dont live in this community but I know several families in this community who are very happy. I know that there has been issues within the management of the community, but the current managing staff there right now are wonderful people. They live in the community. Also the management of the park has been starting upgrades. They've already started landscaping,putting new fencing up, even have been cleaning up all the weeds in the empty lots. This "Country Club" is horrible. The rent is way too high, the maintenance is way too low. We're paying over $1000 in space rent and they can't even pave the concrete correctly. They just come and cover up the cracks thinking it's going to fix it, well it's not. It makes it look 3 times uglier than it was with the cracks. They repaint the stop signs every 2 weeks because the paint they use is cheap. They force us to keep our yards clean or else "our rent will go up" when they, themselves can't even keep up with the maintenan... read more
