We've lived in the Brookside Country Club for 5 years and I have seen a lot of improvements since we moved here! There used to be some undesirable people lurking around at night and thank God that stopped. Management is cool with us and has been very helpful regarding keeping the park quiet and making us feel comfortable and helping us with some issues we needed to tend too. Never any guest parking. Could really benefit from having a security gate at entrance. The house with cones in the front and maximum security cameras will harras you if you walk too close with your dogs. There is a cat lady that brings and feeds the stray cats. There is always trash where the trash bins use to be. But other than that seems pretty great 🙂
