I had a past with addiction and had gotten in trouble and got a felony about 4 and 1/2 years ago and told them that I would get them letters from circuit judges and certificate saying that I had changed my life on top of proof of employment, showing that I make six times the monthly rent and that I was just trying to move closer to three of my children and I was told "I don't know what to tell you" because I didn't lie and was very straightforward about my past. THIS IS DEFINITELY PROFILING AND DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST
Very good place to live, so quiet and peaceful, the neighbors look out for each other.
It’s not that I don’t recommend but I don’t care for the lack of communication… I put a deposit down for rental 8 plus months ahead. And I called 6 month BEFORE to cancel that and get my money back. I signed no papers.Now I am being told by Bob that I can’t get my deposit back until after the event date? What event I cancelled it? Then he proceeds to tell me to make sure it’s clean?
