While I can’t speak for the operations of the facility yet, what I can speak about is the sheer kindness I have encountered thus far. My grandmother entered another facility in the area and when I say we had the worst experience, I firmly mean that. My husband and I visited Brookside and the first thing I notice about an assisted living/nursing home is the smell. Smell will tell you right away if residents are being properly cared for. Brookside is WONDERFUL! My mother is there now, and they treat her like a QUEEN! The staff truly loves and cares about each and every patient. Breanna, Marae, Chelsea, Hannah and all the staff work hard to make it a perfect place. We came here from another facility, and the difference is unreal. Placing a loved one in someone else’s care is never an easy decision. Brookside has provided my husband with an excellent standard of care in a loving, family like environment. He feels safe and at home there. Any concerns or questions I have are responded to and addressed in a very timely manner. This was not an easy decision for our family, but it’s so comforting to know Mark is in capable, caring hands.
