I’m a nurse in a cardiology office and we have received numerous requests from this company and others to authorize genetic testing. I myself have received two, each from Brookside Genetics, each stating that the patient requested their services. In each case, the patients told me that they had no interest in receiving such a service. Literally the WORST lab in all of America. Staff is sloppy, unresponsive and irresponsible in the field and in the office. No response from management to look into or address daily concerns. The level of unprofessionalism is boggling.
