Firstly I found how clean it was and especially the toilets the Receptionist was a very helpful person specially to offer myself and my carer a hot drink which we were very grateful for,the Podiatrist was a very pleasant kind and professional person also very gentle when I received my treatment, the Clinic had a lovely kind of atmosphere welcoming, as a patient I felt very comfortable and grateful to be at the clinic rather than at a Hospital. The staff at the entrance are really kind and helpful and the appointments I have with Dr. Nigel King are always perfect. He is very caring and has helped me reach my goals amazingly.
Had an appointment here to get my coil fitted. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A had a bit of a complicated situation and the level of care I received was incredible. Thank you so much!
Easy booking system, 1 minute wait for my appointment, free parking (for 1hr) right outside & an incredibly friendly, professional GP with all the advice I couldn't get from my normal doctors surgery. Came out of the clinic 10 mins later with a smile on my face. Highly recommend!
Great location by the station. Parking available and disabled parking too. If the car park is full there's a multi story public car park opposite. Polite staff and prompt appointments carried out on time.
