Very peaceful & clean community. Staff are very supportive on resolving any problems.
currently live at Brookside Manor Apartments and Townhomes in Lansdale, PA, and my experience has been overall positive. When we first moved in, we did run into a few issues with the townhome . However, management addressed some of them after we reported them, which we appreciated. The staff has been nice, responsive, and cooperative whenever we've needed help or had questions. For this price point, Brookside Manor is a very strong performer amongst the Lansdale area offerings. We have been residents for one month and are particularly struck by the responsiveness of the leasing office and maintenance department. Each time we have reached out for assistance, we have received quick acknowledgment and then rapid resolution. There is a friendly and professional maintenance staff that provides confidence that management is motivated to "do right" by their residents.
