I wish I could rate Negative 10 STARS Normally I do not leave reviews, but I understand the effect google review has on a place, especially for all new customers/tenants. Very nice apartment. Dog friendly, parking spots are limited, pay extra for your resevated space.
We had a small leak issue coming from the upstairs bathroom. Justin checked things out . The next day Justin along with Donte did an excellent job fixing the problem. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. Excellent job and excellent teamwork!
I am so happy that I live at Brookside Manor. The people here are so kind and efficient in the office and the maintenance department. I’ve had a problem for a month with a leak in my ceiling over my shower. They found the problem in the apartment above, and I have to thank Nick Smith, and Justin for their expertise in this matter. I wouldn’t live anywhere else!!! Also thanks to Patrick, who helped me through all of this in the office.
Nick arrived promptly and fixed the issue competently and quickly. He is one of the best thing the community has going for it!
