My apartment was not updated, things were constantly breaking or not working correctly. My apartment and all my neighbors confirmed the place constantly smelled of gas. Maintenance would scan for a leak and say it’s fine. Dog park was extremely unkept, the poop bins wouldn’t be changed for weeks and would overfill and stink up the whole area.
