Why did Walgreens take over? They’re not even open on the weekends anymore. I just went to get my prescription that I really need but they’re backed up—- again. She didn’t offer to fill it while I waited. I can’t get it until tomorrow. This is normal for them now. I’m going somewhere else after I get this prescription.
Horrible wait time.
This place used to be great. Not anymore. I've already moved my future prescriptions to HEB. I'm sitting at the drive through window. It's 2 23. They were supposed to open the window after lunch at 2:00. This is it for me (assuming I can get these last 3). My wife finally went inside. 4 people in line and only 1 person working. Ridiculous.
Brookshire’s Pharmacy (now Walgreens) is where I get all of my prescriptions filled. The staff is professional and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile when I pick up my prescriptions at the drive-thru.
My regular pharmacy did not have the medication available to fill my prescription. Luckily Brookshire's is near my parents house. I was greeted while walking in and everyone was nice. Terri helped me at the pharmacy and she was terrific. The phones were ringing and they had a ton of customers but I felt like they stopped and paid attention to me. Terri rides the crazy wave very well. She is a star! I would highly recommend and will visit again.
