Every month my doctor sends in my prescription. As soon as they get it, I get a text asking me if I want it filled now. I respond, yes! For the next 2 days I call a couple times a day and they tell me it will be ready in a couple of hours. I get tired of of the phone lies and go there in person. They tell me to wait on the bench and they'll get to it right away. Right away is 20 to 30 minutes.
Horrible service nobody attending to the drop-offs. Even after there was nobody left on the pickup
If i could give them zero i would. Ive been calling for almost 40 minutes and nothing, obviously ignoring the calls after telling me my babies medicine that he desperately needs isnt covered by MEDICAID, while ive gotten the same medicine on medicaid multiple times at walmart. Never using this pharmacy again
They are never stocked with medicines or staff and the ones you do get youre stuck with because thats the only pharmacy in town. You have a complaint? They'll just tell you to find a new pharmacy instead of making it right or atleast trying. And you cant shop walgreens sales because this particular pharmacy stock doesn't belong to Walgreens it belongs to Brookshires so cant use your walgreens $$ here either. Competition is so needed between corporate pharmacies. Insurance doesn't like mom and pop pharmacies so we are stuck. ... read more
