I love to shop at the store. Very friendly customer service. Unfortunately I can NOT say the same about the pharmacy. Some of the young employees at the Pharmacy are very rude and need a good customer service lesson or need to find a different job !!!!

I like shopping at this store. I worked at a couple of brookshires, super 1 and a brookshires brothers not far from longview. These were jobs when I was a teenager. Walmart has its pros and cons but prefer to shop at brookshires. With that said, the Hallsville location really needs to hire more people for their pharmacy. I recently switched from Kroger to this location and it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Their app is unusable so that's no help for me. My experience was not great. It took me very long time to get my meloxicam field. They kept telling me it will be here tomorrow afternoon tomorrow afternoon tomorrow afternoon. They told me this for a solid week and if it was back ordered that's fine. I understand that. Tell me it's back ordered and you don't know that it's going to be in and you don't know when it will be in.
