Great and friendly staff that builds relationships with customers. When I walk up to the counter they know what prescription I'm there to pick up and start filling it before I even ask.
Ever since they switched over to Walgreens, almost everytime I call, they pick up the phone and then they hang up. Very irritating and bad for business. Loved Brookshires Pharmacy before. It was wonderful. It wasn't broke, not sure why they tried to fix it. It sucks now.
Says open at nine on Saturdays, well I’m still standing in line 9:20 am, and it’s still closed, with employees telling me “she’s coming”, but they don’t know when. ‘She’ apparently is the pharmacist. We all have places to be on time today , well all of us except the Brookshire's Pharmacist.
Beats even Walmart prices; accepts Goodrx discounts, never thought this grocery store would be so affordable! But when I learned they saved me $25 on my prescription compared to Walmart, I was shocked. Now I get all my prescriptions filled here. I don’t have insurance, so I pay out of pocket. This is the place to go!! Use Goodrx!
