I switched from the Walgreens in Benton (loved that one) to the one in Haughton because I moved and I hate it! It takes days to get a prescription that I’ve been out of. They never answer the phones. There’s times I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes to an hour and then out of nowhere it hangs up. When they have answered, they put me on hold and never pick up the phone again. There’s more I don’t like about this place, but that’s the worst of it.
Absolutely worthless. They never have your medicine and if they do you have to wait a week for it and they leave you on hold for hours on end
Walgreens should treat their employees better with fulfilling a full staff for them
The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
