I live here - I love the neighbors, but there is NO MANAGEMENT. The owners do as they please and don't communicate at all. I would NOT recommend anyone moving here if you can go somewhere else. If you tell the owners about things they could change they will smugly offer to help you move.
Leaved here for 32 years, love it!
