I ordered a birthday cake for my grandsons 1st Birthday, and when I picked it up at 6pm this evening the frosting bled into his picture on the cake. After speaking with the associate in the bakery she stated no one was there to fix it. I asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager came over to the bakery and apologized. He asked me when the party was. I said 10am tomorrow. His response was they may be able to frost over my grandsons face, but no guarantees it would be ready before 10am.
