Hayden Homes employs some amazing people. When I was looking to build in Rathdrum, Idaho I was met with professionalism and transparency. I loved the website that allowed me to see prices as I picked selections for my next home. To my surprise that is exactly what the cost was. When I questioned the morality of the company, I was reassured that these people really care, everyone I spoke with was a local who lived in my community already. Poor quality fron a builder that only cares about lining their pockets. They threaten small towns with lawsuits to get their way.
Very nice location where homes offer features as standard unlike most other builders, very nice homes for the price, agents were friendly & helpful
