I haven’t been this gaslighted since my college boyfriend. After receiving an invoice 6 months late with no agreement, contract or anything at all built, I asked for an explanation of why I was charged a $350 “builders fee” along with several hours of pre-contact office work at a rate of $65/hour. Brookshire Builders did an outstanding job on multiple large projects for us, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. They completed a major three-story shop build, replaced an aging tar shingle roof with a beautiful and durable metal roof, and transformed our home exterior by replacing vinyl siding with beautiful board and batten siding. Jeremy Brookshire, owner of Brookshire Builders, and his team transformed our outdoor living space with a beautifully designed two-story deck. I’ve worked with Brookshire Builders on numerous projects over the past 20 years. These guys are awesome. They bring design expertise as well as excellent building/remodeling skills, and have great ideas on natural building and materials. I wouldn’t trust my house with most builders but there is nothing I wouldn’t ask Jeremy and his crew to do for me.
