Around may/2022, we had our 1st in person contact (joe) with builder rep. We explained our desire to add an extention to the house we bought in November 2021. We explained the project, they understood it and said on email, "perfect fit for us" From there we met with Kyle multiple times. He gave us an estimate range based on his experience.
