I've been filling my medications here for years. Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The main pharmacist, Chris, is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. Tara and Carla have been there for years, and seem to know everyone in town. Always friendly! I have my prescriptions on autofill which makes the process very easy and helps me remember to get my medications. Definitely recommend for a great local pharmacy!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They lady who answers the phone is rude, abrasive and obviously does not enjoy her position. The only person with some decency is the actual pharmacist. Otherwise I would not waste my time filling prescriptions here. This has been an ongoing problem over the years and the attitudes, especially as of recent have been horrible. Absolutely horribly pharmacy. I used to love going here years ago and moving back I was looking forward to using them again. However my most recent experience has left me completely fuming. My dr sent over a prescription which they didn’t have in stock. Understandable. They said they would order it and give me a call when it was in. Again no problem. I love this small town pharmacy, especially compared to the one in HEB in Georgetown where I would wait forever in line. The main pharmacist, Chris, is so kind and friendly. The staff is patience and helpful too, except for Tara who can seem so short and demeaning to me. That takes away one star.
