I was trying to see if this pharmacy could fill a prescription for my pet. When I ask a question about why the med couldn’t be ordered in an attempt to understand the process because this is the first time getting a prescription for my dog at a human pharmacy the person hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again I was being very pleasant and just trying to understand a new situation. So I called Walgreens. I had a great overall experience with this pharmacy! The pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very kind and made sure I was able to get everything I needed from the pharmacy and elsewhere for my babies breathing treatments. The automated system was fantastic too. Loved that I got a text once my prescription was ready for pick up!

I have came multiple times and get told “we don’t carry this medication ”. For multiple different medications. I ask for them to order it, they say they can’t. Why don’t you call someone when you get the prescription and let them know you can’t even get it so we aren’t wasting our time. This is the only pharmacy in town. It’s just getting ridiculous at this point.
