RecommendedEveryone at this store is awesome. But avoid Mr Acosta he is rude and lazy. The store is always clean, employees and managers are always nice and professional.
They have raised the price of cigarettes although the sign outside is DISCOUNT tobacco. Cigarettes are less money at Walgreens and HEB and any convenience store. Price gouging during corona
This is how grocery shopping works for me. Went to brookshires they actually had cottonell tp and bounty. So i grabed both didnt have a basket so stood in line 10 ft away waiting my turn a manwalks up right as im about to set my stuff down. So i back up. He says im just getting stamps real quick. Ok so im just holding my stuff trying not to drop it until hes out of the way. Finally put it downand the lady says. You cant buy tp and paper towels. One or the other and you can buy a box of kleenex too. Ugh
RecommendedI love this store! The staff is so helpful! The meat department has excellent product and so does the bakery. Also during these Covid-19 times, I place an order for pick-up and my personal shopper texts me with questions or substitutions. It is awesome and usually ready for pick-up the same day!

RecommendedPlease consider doing deliveries in this crises covid-19 because some people might be unable to go to grocery shop in pilot point Texas and need door delivery and it would also practice safer distances for customers and employees

RecommendedI was at Brookshire Brother's today and saw how nice the employees were during this crazy time .. helping the customers and assuring everyone they will be getting stuff in stock as soon as it is possible. I love shopping there! Keep up the good work and I appreciate always running into smiling faces. Kudos to the manager- If they don't have something in stock, he gets it done.
