Just terrible business. I caught him in a lie overcharging my daughter. When I told him I was going to report him to the board he then refused to take my payment over the phone so she could get her car out. I asked him if he refused payments over the phone to everybody and he said he was refusing mine because I threatened him with the board and hung up on me. He is very rude. I will report him.
