RecommendedThe people at Brooks Village Green Homes are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They truly care about you and your home. There maybe bumps in the road to a finished product but that comes with construction! They will do everything in their power and will make it right if you give them the chance! I highly recomend Brooks Village Green homes if you want people who care!
This company is a joke. Lies lies and lies. Paid a lot of money for them to promise me my home no more than 7 months. Started this process in May of 2019. Moved in in July of 2020. Been here over a month, still no backfill.
My husband and I came in on Friday and found a home that was perfect for us. We gathered all of the information and discussed it over the weekend. On Monday we went back to place our down payment and were told a price that was almost 8 thousand dollars more than the price we given!! On top of everything the owner was very rude.
Awesome people. They take pride in helping others get into their homes. They listen to what you want and make it happen.
My father and his wife bought a home from Brooks. The home was ordered in November 2018, came off the line January 2019, and was not delivered until April 2019. They have had nothing but trouble, shoddy/sub-par work from most of the contractors that Brooks uses. electrical issues/wiring not connected, things changed without consent or even being informed, nail heads/debris poking up out of the vinyl on the floor, the man that installed it did not sweep before laying vinyl, mi... We bought our home at Brooks Village Green homes last year. Christin answered all our questions and helped us with finding the right home that fit our family. Angela also helped us through the progress.They both were very informative and kept me updated through the process. Stephanie has been great! We love our new home, and would recommend them!
