An overall ok place to live. When I moved here in 2012, the rent $1,200 for a 1 bedroom. I didnt like the parking. Too Close together. The thing that pissed me off was that they were braking into cars and the management never told anyone. They stole something important to me. Then the cameras were not working....Of course.....

Pros: Good location (Encino) - near TJ and the freeway Online portal that’s easy to pay rent and make maintenance requests Maintenance and management are responsive and attempt to fix any apt issue you have There is an enclosed jacuzzi and outdoor pool for use Cons: very old building- foundation is old, had to deal with roaches, ceiling leaks, and mold Mgmt did spray my apt, and patched it, but it’s just an old building so there’s a high chance of issues Mgmt can be rude when their fi... read more
Overall, I liked living here My family and I have been living here for 3 and a half years, and I see people with their kids who have been living here for a long time. So - not so bad, right ?! As many have already written here, there are plumbing problems, but you never know where they are not. Everything is being repaired in a timely manner, the management is very loyal and can offer a discount for inconveniences. A nice area, pretty quiet.
