great services. I use this shop ever since i move to chatham.
Last time I deal with Brooks tires!! First I call asking if they have a tire size, she tells me oh they’re too busy to look just come in and the guys will look for you. I go in to get a used tire, the secretary says go look in the lean-to, she doesn’t know what exactly it is but Ryan said go look back there! So I go look and there is 2 storage units open with used tires and the lean-to with the overhead door is locked, so I go asked Ryan, was the secretary talking about the storage unit or the the lean-to. Huge thanks too Brooks tires for fantastic customer service this week! This past weekend, I had two new front tires put on they were super quick and efficient!! Then I had an emergency today where I had a screw in my back tire, too which I immediately went to Brooks to have repaired & we were in and out of there again super quick, free of charge, due to knowing how much we just spent on the front tires! So thanks Ryan so much for that, much appreciated!!
Brooks tire is THE place to go for tires! Amazing staff and they are extremely knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure
