Their technical knowledge was invaluable, and their genuinely kind approach made a stressful situation so much easier. They nailed the diagnosis (mechanical issue, not electrical) and saved me from replacing parts I didn't need. Friendly, honest, and expert—exactly what you want in a service shop. Highly recommended!
Showed up with a defective pump for my softub . As busy as they were the owner rebuilt the pump as I watched . Was expecting maybe a month or so to have this repaired but not within an hour of showing up . Best customer service you'll find anywhere . Thank you Brooks Supply ...John
Took in a faulty pool pump and within three working days it was ready. Burnt out switch and wiring replaced for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, fast turn-around, and fair pricing. What more could you ask for.
I was looking for a small appliance repair shop, another vacuum repair shop recommended Brooks. I brought in my Vitamix and they fixed it so quickly and it was so inexpensive compared to going to the brand and shipping it to get it fixed! I’m very very happy! Highly recommend.
A neighbour recommended Brooks Supply when the bracket on my blower motor on my furnace failed. I reached out to Stuart via telephone to see if I needed to bring anything with me to make sure I didn't have to make a second 3 hour round trip! Stuart was so very helpful and his customer service went above and beyond the norm. He even went so far as to install the bracket on the housing and motor for me!!
