I was looking for a small appliance repair shop, another vacuum repair shop recommended Brooks. I brought in my Vitamix and they fixed it so quickly and it was so inexpensive compared to going to the brand and shipping it to get it fixed! I’m very very happy! Highly recommend.
A neighbour recommended Brooks Supply when the bracket on my blower motor on my furnace failed. I reached out to Stuart via telephone to see if I needed to bring anything with me to make sure I didn't have to make a second 3 hour round trip! Stuart was so very helpful and his customer service went above and beyond the norm. He even went so far as to install the bracket on the housing and motor for me!! You just don't find customer service like this anymore. I came in looking for 2 tiny capacitors for a circuit board on my instrument cluster. It wasn't something they carried, but they took down the specs and went through their own personal collection of parts at home after business hours to see if they might have some. The next day I got a call saying they found what I needed and to swing by the shop. Very good service and friendly staff excellent.
I was having problems with my hydronic heat pump not working and they took the time to listen to me and helped me solve the problem by looking at some pictures. They are very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They checked the part I brought with me and told me it was in good condition. They didn’t even try to sell me anything at all. They were happy to just help me. Service like this is a rarity these days. Highly recommend!
