Showed up with a defective pump for my softub . As busy as they were the owner rebuilt the pump as I watched . Was expecting maybe a month or so to have this repaired but not within an hour of showing up . Best customer service you'll find anywhere . Thank you Brooks Supply ...John
Took in a faulty pool pump and within three working days it was ready. Burnt out switch and wiring replaced for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, fast turn-around, and fair pricing. What more could you ask for.
I was looking for a small appliance repair shop, another vacuum repair shop recommended Brooks. I brought in my Vitamix and they fixed it so quickly and it was so inexpensive compared to going to the brand and shipping it to get it fixed! I’m very very happy! Highly recommend.
