Always easy in easy out. Need more stone options. Friendly staff!
To prevent abuse or fraud of their customer service I won’t go into detail about what happened. I’ll just say there was a miscommunication and they made it right. Jason delivered promptly the next morning. I’ve used Brooks Stone Ranch multiple times over the seventeen years I’ve lived in NB and this was the first hiccup. But again, they made it right.
Beware of the highest priced material in Texas First time, last time customer This place has higher prices than materials from Home Depot or Lowe’s. This is a bulk material outfit with higher than retail prices. Take a look at New Earth or Site One. Even Gardenville. Bulk mulch and soils are not by weight because they have to be watered. They are measured by cubic yards. $177 for compost that was weighed in a scale. It was barely 2 cubic yards where any other out fit would be less than $75 Call around for pricing.
