Zero stars. All of the above reviews are 100% accurate. What's even more interesting is the fact that it doubles as a used car lot. Hmmm...wonder where they got those cars. Brooks Services preys on people who live in subsidized housing knowing that money is already tight for them. They are a disgusting business that really needs to have the hammer of the law brought down on them before more people are cheated out of hundreds of dollars,
The below comment is 100 true. There business sign is very misleading, it states their hours are 8-5pm however no one is there. Their office is a barn behind a chained up gate, guarded by two dogs. The 4hrs we were there trying to get our car we only saw one "employee" for about 15min, and he stated that; our car wasn't at the lot and that he was only there to feed the dogs" You have to call before you show up/make an appointment to pickup your car. total scammers they run their lot out of a storage shed they keep dogs chained up and unattended they will not let you get your vehicle out over a weekend so they can charge you extra days the employees are complete jerks
