Poor Workmanship. Convinced us into replacing our metal roof with a different style metal roof that they say they are becoming a dealer for. They had to reattach part of the gutters to the house where the workers had detached them from the house. Now that we have had rain since then, we have water coming between the gutters and the house all the way around. I can see a gap on one end of the house between the gutters. I first contacted Brooks Roofing in March 2025, signed an agreement on May 29, and the roof was completed on July 2, approximately 3.5 months from my initial contact to the roof being finished. While the roof itself was eventually completed, the gutters and downspouts remain unfinished months later. Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent, and I was informed directly that the remaining work would not be completed because of a review I posted. What an excellent experience! Like many, I had hail damage on my house and needed a new roof and gutters. Brooks Roofing and Siding are amazing! I had my new roof complete in one day and my home completely cleaned up. Very impressed! Crew was amazing. Bradley is top notch! 100% recommend! I had another company replace my roof a few years ago and what a difference with Brooks Roofing. This is really your one stop shop! Trustworthy, reputable, quality materials and quality work. Brad stopped by after the horrible hail storm. He replaced roofs for our home and outbuilding in a timely fashion. Work was excellent! Getting teady for siding this coming week. Can't wait to see our house when its done. He is so easy to work with and follows up continuously. We will definitely bhire him again when needed
