What can I say…a very honest company. We thought we had a mold problem, but Brooks did troubleshooting with us and instead recommended a more effective and proper solution to our problem. Not all companies take this approach. Thank you for being honest, saving us $, and pointing us in the right direction.
I needed help with a apartment clean up and was a bit embarrassed to reach out. The owner, Christina, was so kind over the phone and was very understanding and non-judgemental. We scheduled a walk through and she provided me with a very fair written estimate with a detailed list of everything she would be doing.
