Very knowledgeable therapists. Their exercises help me rid of my issues in just a few sessions.
My experience with the physical therapists at Brooks Rehabilitation was excellent. Drs. Justin and Phillip are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about their patients’ progress. The treatment plans were personalized and effective and I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and strength. The facility is superior to others I’ve used in the past and working with Pam for scheduling and check-in is fantastic. I highly recommend Brooks Rehabilitation to anyone needing quality physical therapy.
Pam was absolutely wonderful in scheduling the times I needed for my physical therapy she was right on top of everything and when my insurance company approved she called me right away. Philip explained everything and was very attentive to me and went above and beyond to help me and to make me feel much better. I've been to Brooks Rehabilitation twice, both for rotator cuff tears that I was told could only be fixed by shoulder replacement surgery. In both cases I was able to return to normal functionality pain free after 8-10 weeks of therapy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making sure I worked hard but didn't do more than I was capable of. I am forever grateful for Brooks Rehabilitation. I hope I don't need any physical therapy again, but if I do I'm calling them.
My experience at Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic in Winter Park was fantastic. I actually hated it when my sessions were done. Justin Hess was my therapist, and he is outstanding at his job -- not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly, personable, and caring. Thanks, Justin. Also thanks to Philip Nguyen, another superb therapist, and to Pam for her warm greetings and assistance. Love this place!!
