All staff very friendly, on phone and in person. Very welcoming of my child’s name preference.
I went in with the doubts that anything was going to be done and totally surprised. I am now under control over the muscles. That would knot up in the back of my neck, I thank God basil, they trainer and the whole crew there, they were very polite, kind, thoughtful and very helpful.
My experience with this location of Brooks Rehabilitation has been excellent. The therapist, Dr Brandon Parker is professional and thorough. His knowledge of physical therapy has greatly enhanced my rehabilitation from back surgery and weakness due to inactivity. The receptionist, Ashley is extremely helpful and caring as well.
I am super happy with the service provided by the physical therapists at Brooks Rehabilitation. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I started feeling improvement after my third or fourth session. I am truly impressed with the therapists’ dedication, as they often discussed among themselves to find the best solutions for their patients. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family.
