I was extremely pleased with the level of service at Brooks Rehabilitation Center (South Orlando). Brie, at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. My therapists, Emily and Bailey were exceptional; professional, caring, and personable. They pushed me to do what exercises I was able to do (to strengthen my muscles ) without additional injury. They kept me apprised of my progress and sent me off with an easily followed routine to maintain the progress I had gained. I would definitely recommend them!

Brooks Rehabilitation - SODO provided the very best services and got me back in good shape to go back to playing with my kids, wearing heels, and loving life. Emily and Marc were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, kind, and great listeners. Even Bree at the front was wonderful and communicative. It always felt nice walking in there even when I was in a lot of pain. I would highly, highly recommend them.

Not many people enjoy having to go to physical therapy myself being one of them. Having said this, I can honestly say that my experience with this facility and with Emily in particular was a pleasure. The support from Emily, actually from all the employees at this facility, was stellar. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with everything from stepping in when Emily was out to answering billing questions. Thanks for such a great experience. Marc was my main therapist and he was great. Didn’t push you to be better just made you feel that you could and somehow you did push for better and got much more out of the sessions than you even thought you could. Emily was fantastic. She has magical fingers and a great sense for getting to the exact pain spot and taking care of it. Ari (I don’t know for sure if I spelled this correctly)but she is also fantastic. Many thanks to the team at Brooks Rehabilitation SODO. Physical Therapists Marc, Emily and Ary were cheerful, upbeat and fun to heal with. Not only did they treat my new shoulder, they customized treatment for my lifestyle and activities. For an added bonus, they actively listened to my numerous stories. Front Desk Coordinator Ainsley greeted me warmly, got me check in and help me with insurance and scheduling issues. They all will be missed.
