Not many people enjoy having to go to physical therapy myself being one of them. Having said this, I can honestly say that my experience with this facility and with Emily in particular was a pleasure. The support from Emily, actually from all the employees at this facility, was stellar. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with everything from stepping in when Emily was out to answering billing questions. Thanks for such a great experience. Marc was my main therapist and he was great. Didn’t push you to be better just made you feel that you could and somehow you did push for better and got much more out of the sessions than you even thought you could. Emily was fantastic. She has magical fingers and a great sense for getting to the exact pain spot and taking care of it. Ari (I don’t know for sure if I spelled this correctly)but she is also fantastic. Many thanks to the team at Brooks Rehabilitation SODO. Physical Therapists Marc, Emily and Ary were cheerful, upbeat and fun to heal with. Not only did they treat my new shoulder, they customized treatment for my lifestyle and activities. For an added bonus, they actively listened to my numerous stories. Front Desk Coordinator Ainsley greeted me warmly, got me check in and help me with insurance and scheduling issues. They all will be missed.
Ary and Emily have both helped me. I am improving! Never have to wait, very clean, everyone there is nice, professional, and welcoming
Emily Banta, PT, DPT is an excellent physical therapist and has provided great assistance with helping me regain strength and balance. Emily has a wonderful personality and is a great asset to Brooks Rehabilitation clinic - SODO.
