I've been doing rehab with Nancy at Brooks in Riverside due to my knee replacement. Nancy has been so patient with me and I know I'm not the easiest patient. She has helped me tremendously with her knowledge, encouragement and most incredibly, her patience! Truly, I'm not sure if I could do it if it wasn't for her!
Jeremy, the clinic manager, is both very knowledgeable and patient.
Brendan (Riverside Brooks YMCA location) made my health recovery such an easy process; Everything from the exercises/working App (to show clips of how to perform exercises on your own), to the progress reports and modifications if anything was bothering me... My experience with Brooks Rehab Hospital was very disappointing. After providing my insurance information and requesting the cost of the physical therapy service a week before my appointment, I was assured that the department would review it and call me back with the details. That call never came. When I arrived at the appointment, I repeatedly asked for the cost and was told that they still did not know.
