I have been a patient at Brooks Rehab Ortega for more than one issue. The staff here has improved my quality of life every time. I credit Ashley with my very successful total knee replacement recovery. I saw Marie for Pelvic Floor therapy and she was amazing! At my very first appointment I could see why my provider so highly recommended her. She was very thorough and always explained in depth what was going to happen at each visit. She was patient with me and worked with my schedule to make sure I got my sessions in. I definitely recommend her and this facility!
I had a knee problem present in early 2021. Slowly I got worse then I sought out an orthopedic doctor. It took the ortho some time to figure out my problem which resulted in surgery. The recovery was what nightmares are made of but then angels arrived, Ashley and Nick. I am forever indebted to them both for their care and compassion. Also, special shout out to Cassandra at the front desk who always has a smiling face and always playing my old school jams.
