They are outstanding, caring professionals at their best. I have been a patient for several years for both OT and PT and I can't say enough praises, especially for my PT Jeff and my OT Brittney. They care, they continually find ways to help, going out of their ways for the patients they are treating. The front desk staff is fantastic, friendly and very efficient. Thank you all very much. I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Brooks Rehabilitation in Oviedo. They charged me $600 for my son’s physical therapy sessions even though my co payment should have been $0, since my insurance (BCBS) covered 100% of the service. They never notified me of this mistake. I only found out because I carefully reviewed my BCBS health statements. I was in horrible pain and desperately needed ice on my upper back when I arrived for my physical therapy appointment this morning. I was so blessed to have Sijin L.! He was amazing, immediately adjusting my physical therapy plan based on my pain level and the need for ice. The therapy he provided offered immediate relief, and he gave me excellent follow-up exercises to work on. His genuine concern for my back pain and focus on my personal needs made all the difference. They took good care of me for my lower back pain. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to make, change an appointment
Dr. Marc was my therapist at Brooks. He has been most helpful in providing therapy for arthritis of my neck. He is very patient and really contributed to my improvement. I’m still doing 35 inclined pushups daily due to his guidance!
