I have been to multiple Physical Therapy clinics in my lifetime, but Waterford Lakes Brooks “hands down” tops the charts with recovery! Not only are all of the staff warm, welcoming, friendly and very good listeners to what your body can and cannot do; they make rehab something that is fun and attainable! Ginger has the worst vibe here. When you walk in she won’t speak and gives major attitude. I almost reacted in manner that would’ve been embarrassing for all parties involved. Remove this girl from this company immediately.
