Jonathan, Jeremiah, and Melissa provided excellent service. We had our septic system replaced. They responded quickly when we had questions and followed up.
Brooks Plumbing was extremely responsive to my needs. They called me back after hours. They sent a crew early the next morning. My issue was resolved in about 16 hours from start to finish. They had to identify my clean outs, identify my septic tank, and take a video as I'm selling my home. The most expeditious work I've ever had completed. Would definitely recommend.
Had a water heater go out on a Sunday. They answered and were able to schedule install on Monday. I had an issue of where the current water heater was installed in the attic and had to adjust what type of tank we could use, worked together to find one that would fit my 23.5” wide attic access without having to change its location which saved a lot of money and electric run to new location. Worked well and anyone in the Tammany trace area should think about these guys because this was a tricky job they were able to solve.
Brooks Plumbing and Septic Services did a great job repairing gas lines and performing water heater maintenance for my house. I was able book an appointment easily and ask follow up questions without any problems. The technicians came on time, were courteous, and completed the work very efficiently. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend using their services.
Melissa, Chris, Shelby, and Jonathon were the best! They responded to my request for help quickly, were kind and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. We can't thank Brooks Plumbing enough for their help.
