I had called another plumbing service and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars for putting in a thermostat and they said my water heater was no good and i needed to replace it . I was very upset because i had just bought this house. I called Brooks and they were there the next day and charged me less than half and said my water heater was fine just needed a thermostat. It has been working fine since this was fixed. They are very nice. I highly suggest you call them over anyone else.
Came to look at a job. Said he would have to run numbers and we'd hear something the next day. The next day came and we heard nothing. . . . This is the second plumber that has left us hanging with no explanation.
Been in business for 30 years at least grrat buy. Dad and daughter team amazing job down to earth talks to u like a human not talking down to u willing to teach and show u to save u money in future great place
