I signed up with Brooks Pest Control to eliminate ants. I signed up for a years subscription. When the year was up I asked to cancel, they claim oh no you can't cancel, you have one more treatment. I explained I did not want it and would gift it to another customer. They stated I needed to pay them over 200 to cancel. I explained I wasn't paying that nor was I having them return to my home in place pesticides near me. I reached out to Brooks Pest Control for assistance with roach activity in my townhouse. There was a special going on for $49.99 at the moment. Once the technician arrived, they were at the property a total of approximately 10 mins max. from arriving to leaving both times. There was a total of 4 areas sprayed, and when I mean 4 areas, I am referring to (sink, dishwasher, stove, and shower) with the solution they use, there were no baits placed down or anything. They are LITERALLY CRIMINALS!!!! This is a sham business for criminals to get into your house! They will send a thief to your home and you will be robbed!! We hired Brooks for spider control and they sent a technician out who offered to spray inside. He was suspiciously done within 3 minutes (yes we have the Ring video to prove it) and he was gone before we knew it. Terrible service. We entered a year-long contract after being with another pest control company for a couple of years, with promises from Brooks they were better. We find out after signing the contract that they don't go under the house to bait or deal with any pests that may reside under the house in the crawl space. The service was supposed to be quarterly, but would not show up on scheduled appointments or show up 3-4 hours late.
