Brook Rehabilitation has very nice & professional staff. The manager, front desk clerks and the Rehab.Techs are great. My Techs were very nice, patient and knowledgeable. They showed me everything I needed to do to approve my condition. They treated me like family. My Speech Therapist, Pierce Barker, was amazing. He was very professional, inspiring and nice to me. Exeptional care
All associates from front desk to my speech therapist were always friendly and very professional.
My wife has tried to get several appointments here to the point where they never call her back to get one set up when she can’t reach the actual office. Then her referral lapses at the facility’s fault and she has to go to the dr again to get it renewed. She’s done this 3 times now and someone named destiny called her & left her a voicemail canceling one of her appointments then never called back or answered to get her back on the schedule . We have been coming to Brooks for 2 years now. I would highly recommend this facility. The Therapists and rest of staff are wonderful, kind , and caring. My child has made many improvements and not just in speech. They have provided me with resources and assistance and really just go above and beyond! Would 100 percent recommend.
