My daughter has autism and went here for speech therapy and OT. We stopped going about a year ago because their accounting/billing is unable to tell us accurately what a visit will cost. About a year later they are still bothering us with bills as they continue to say we are all good, then come back and say never mind. Honestly is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I used Brooks Rehab of St. Augustine this year, one set of sessions for post knee replacement surgery and then later a second set of sessions for a shoulder rotator cuff injury. I can't say enough about how Brooks Rehab helped me recover from both of these. Both Desarae and Nick were great to work with and definitely know what they are doing. Literally don't waste your time because it has been 2 months since I did my assessment and still no authorization from my insurance and when I call a month after oh boom we just sent it four days ago. Is been 2 months. Of course you did cuzi called! I just finished five months of therapy for a complete shoulder replacement. The nice ladies in the front desk were very helpful in scheduling 20 appointments and later assisted with a few changes I needed. I worked primarily with Nick and Des, both of whom were great help in getting my shoulder strength and motion back again. They patiently answered my many questions. I never felt rushed or ignored. SAVE TIME & STRESS - GET A DIFFERENT OUTPATIENT PT!!! I received a referral for outpatient PT from my doctor. On 7/3/25 I called to set up an appointment. On 7/3/25, after talking with THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE over 30+ minutes telling me they couldn't help me and had to transfer me again, I asked to leave a VM and did so along with a negative comment.
