I just finished five months of therapy for a complete shoulder replacement. The nice ladies in the front desk were very helpful in scheduling 20 appointments and later assisted with a few changes I needed. I worked primarily with Nick and Des, both of whom were great help in getting my shoulder strength and motion back again. They patiently answered my many questions. I never felt rushed or ignored. SAVE TIME & STRESS - GET A DIFFERENT OUTPATIENT PT!!! I received a referral for outpatient PT from my doctor. On 7/3/25 I called to set up an appointment. On 7/3/25, after talking with THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE over 30+ minutes telling me they couldn't help me and had to transfer me again, I asked to leave a VM and did so along with a negative comment. This one star review isn't for therapy, it's for office management. I don't think that it should take 5 calls and 20 minutes to arrange an appointment. If agents answering your phones keep disconnecting patients & the patient can recite your programmed ad from your holds, then that is too long to be on hold. You either need more help or better training. Do better, please.
I have worked with both Pierce Barker and Nick Dreger for many months each. They are amazing therapists and have helped me heal through Post Concussion Syndrome. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Can’t thank them enough for the hard work they’ve put into the healing process and helping me so much over the course of about a year! Chanelle was trying to understand a complex issue that started after surgery. Couple remarks: not very transparent on payment. Did a co-pay every time only to get bills from them months later. Also had the feeling that my PT was just googling the same things as me and tried them on me.
