Brooks Rehabilitation provided me with an accurate assessment, determined the appropriate treatment plan, then supported my performance with encouragement and patience. It's been a very successful experience, returning me to functionality through proper exercise and focus. A special call out to my Therapist, C. Sourou! And thanks to the staff for patiently working with my schedule. They delivered profession support!
How can you possibly get help if they don’t answer the phone and you leave message after message? They advertise they are the official physical therapy for the Jacksonville Jaguars. I can promise you they don’t treat the Jaguars in this shape or fashion.
My daughter has autism and went here for speech therapy and OT. We stopped going about a year ago because their accounting/billing is unable to tell us accurately what a visit will cost. About a year later they are still bothering us with bills as they continue to say we are all good, then come back and say never mind. Honestly is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I used Brooks Rehab of St. Augustine this year, one set of sessions for post knee replacement surgery and then later a second set of sessions for a shoulder rotator cuff injury. I can't say enough about how Brooks Rehab helped me recover from both of these. Both Desarae and Nick were great to work with and definitely know what they are doing.
