This office is wonderful! All staff I’ve encountered over the last several months have gone above and beyond, and have been a pleasure to work with. Especially my sons pediatric PT, Bianca! She was absolutely wonderful. She was dedicated to helping my infant son with his torticolis & her plan was very effective. She is certainly an asset to this team. Thank you all so much!
I haven’t been to this location. However one of their employees followed me to the gym and tried to fight me over a parking spot then threatened me saying it wouldn’t end well if it happened again. Pleas hire emotionally stable people
In June of 2023, my primary care physician wrote me a referral to Brooks Rehabilitation for pelvic floor therapy. I was experiencing pain from an open hernia repair. I contacted Brooks and started looking for a pelvic floor therapist. The San Pablo and Beach blvd Brooks center has a pelvic floor therapist and when I called I was told that she was not yet licensed to practice on men. Woman, yes, but not men.
