Brooks has been a life line for my family. Our experience with Brooks has been life changing. I'll start by saying I have a very neuro diverse household. Four of my children have been in the doors of this facility. We've done it all... speech , PT and OT. It has been very meaningfull for all of my children but especially my littlest one who has ASD. Brooks pediatric rehab has the most amazing administrative staff. They are kind and smart. Brooks rehab would receive more stars if only after receiving the 85 dollar copay the OT charged my insurance125 dollars per 15 intervals for her co treatment with speech for the 1/2 hour was also charged for speech for yes money billed. It was about 500 for a half hour. And even though I requested info and work for my kid, the OT person never sent work home even after requesting multiple times.
