My son was a patient at this location. His therapists were just so amazing! My son who did not speak or go with anyone by the end of the 6 months was speaking and became very social. I am truly impressed with how my son was handled and taken care of. HIGHLY recommend Sara (speech) and Megan (occupational). These ladies are AMAZING!!! If we hadn’t moved I would have continued care. Sad to go but so forever grateful for the time my son was given with these ladies.
Amazing staff and services
I went to make an appointment for my child and was notified that we cannot do that without a referral. Our insurance is federal and specifically does not require a referral. That requirement would cost me $175 to go to a pediatrician to say “send us a referral for her elbow” at which point I’d then have to pay for the appointment at Brooks. It doesn’t make a difference for them, they are still getting paid, and patients shouldn’t have to pay out of a pocket to another doctor just to seek access. Dylan is an absolute gem! Great with kids and very knowledgeable. So happy he’s been assisting my family with rehabilitation.
