Chad is an excellent physical therapist. I'm thankful to be under his care when he's available. There's a short supply of passionate, caring, and properly educated PT'S in the area. While I can't speak about the institution as a whole, my experience with other physical therapists between this location and another have been sub-par. Brooks Rehab in Ponte Vedra is amazing. From the front desk to the therapists all were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I’m especially grateful for my therapist Mitchell Johnson. When I met him I was in pain and looking at possible c-spine surgery. From day one he has listened and with kindness, knowledge and patience he has worked with me not only with exercises but also nutrition. I received excellent treatment from James after shoulder labrum surgery. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In my past experiences with other therapists, I felt like I was one of many on a factory conveyor belt. In addition to customizing a treatment plan for me, James also educated me on why the exercises were needed and how to guard against further injury. I am grateful for James and my complete recovery under his guidance.
I was very impressed with the therapy I received! Logan is awesome! He worked with me on my balance and weakness following my transplant. Returned home with exercises to continue, which have really been helpful. Thank you Logan and Brooks!
I highly recommend Brooks Rehab at Ponte Vedra Beach. I received treatment for a hip replacement in the past and most recently for hip pain. Logan was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his explanation of my condition. The staff is very friendly. I would not hesitate to go to this site to receive treatment in the future if needed.
