Took my daughter in for an appointment. She is two and a half and her speech is delayed. The employee Kaitlin did not check her hearing, heck her tongue muscle, anything physical. Just checked to see if my daughter knew how to hand her a ball. I was then told I would receive a call when they could plan to make the next appointment. It's been two months. TWO. Incompetent all around.
