This is a review for Dr. Ngo, director of the TBI unit at Brooks inpatient rehab hospital. While his care was good for the most part, at the point of discharge I was informed my Father would not be going home as planned and treatment for a condition was approved without my consent a day prior to being informed of this change. Was assaulted by a male billing employee from University while he was working remotely from home, put me in a headlock and dragged me bc he said I messed up his productivity

Most horrible place to work would not recommend at all upper management sucks. And just care only about themselves. I hate this place. The turnover rate is high 7 people have quit on Pig Manager Shari Andrews she is evil.

I was told by a friend who stayed there, "I hated the place." I second that sentiment, and couldn't wait to get out. It was dirty and very noisy, especially at night. I was there end of January 2016 and beginning of February and felt like I was "doing time." The doctors are haughty.

This place should not have a license to operate. I believe that my husband would have died as a result of their total incompetence had I not gotten him out of there the moment I learned what was going on. He was a patient there for three days, and during that time he was not once given the ONLY medication his doctor had prescribed for treatment of his viral pneumonia. The medical director here is not in touch with the actual patients and caregivers at this facility. He is condescending and judgemental toward family members and very difficult to talk with. I wish thar we had not ever put my mother's care in his hands. Will never again. However, the staff, facility and food here at Bartram Park, Jacksonville is outstanding. I would not recommend this facility.
