I don't see how or why they are in business!! They never answer the phone or return calls!! Worst company EVER
The therapists and people that work at Brooks rehab have always given me 5 star service. However the appointment setting and Administration are the worst the system would be answered by a operator who would then forward the call to a scheduler after waiting for the scheduler to answer the phone the call would be forwarded back to the operator. After doing this several times it would ask you to leave your name and phone number and then you were told they would return your call as soon as possible after 5 days of not being abl... read more
