Very poor communication and an extremely disappointing experience. I waited three weeks for my appointment and spoke with multiple front desk staff members beforehand, yet at no point was I informed of the policy regarding auto insurance. I was only made aware of this policy on the actual day of my appointment, after I had already waited three weeks and taken time off work to attend. DO NOT GO HERE! The workers here will lie to you and tell you that an outpatient physical therapy session costs $90 just to mail you bills for $210 and send collection agencies after you in the future. I WILL NOT change my review even if they cancel whatever they're billing me for. Nobody deserves to be charged for things that they did not agree to, and nobody should be forced to make phone calls to argue against getting scammed.
Claire Byers gave the most dedicated and detailed oriented guidance for my occupational therapy. I have worked with 15+ therapists over the last 5 months after my stroke. CLAIRE IS THE BEST!
My Physical therapist Emily Benner is great. She is very helpful. She's got me walking again. All the Physical therapist are great. Everyone in the office is respectful, kind, and it's always clean.
