The employees are very helpful they always go above and beyond.
Impossible to get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment after waiting 2 weeks for approval. Approval on 6/3, spoke to Alex on 6/4 he said still not approved. Rcvd mail from UHC approved on 6/3 on, got mail on Monday 6/8, no one is available for scheduling. Told 3 times my wait time is one minute.
Marc and Jah’Nai - I believe that therapists should be given capes; you are truly superheroes. While you may not leap over walls or fly (maybe you guys do ha ha), the way you take care of your patients is amazing. I cannot say enough about both of you. You have helped me immensely in my journey, and I am so grateful. God bless you both always.
