Dr. Brooks and the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to all the details regarding your needs and wants when it comes to your braces and appearance of your teeth! I couldn’t be happier with the way my teeth have turned out!! I highly recommend Brooks Orthodontics!!!
I just stopped in here. No one was at the front desk. There was plenty of staff in the patient area. I understand you all may have been busy, but no one greeted me, no one said give us a few minutes we will be with you. No one asked the reason for my visit. Even if you are not a front desk receptionist, there’s no reason for 5 people notice me walk through the door and me not be greeted. I will not be back. This is the location in Trussville next to subway
Today we finished treatment on my third and last child. Over the course of eight years Dr Brooks and his team have been fantastic. Dr Brooks patiently answered questions and listened to my concerns. Two of my three children had very complicated cases and Dr Brooks was always accessible and willing to discuss my concerns and my conservative approach to treatment. You won’t regret choosing Brooks Orthodontics!
I am an older patient of Brooks Orthodontics. Many years later after having braces at a younger age, my retainer broke and my teeth started to shift.
