Well, I thought it was a great place, until my last experience with Margaret Knappert, DME Consultant. I came in to pick up a pair of support stockings, ordered for my sister. When I told her my sister was now by Blue Cross/Blue Shied and that the stockings were covered by insurance. She said they were not! Only higher compression ones were.
