Called to try and schedule a roadside tire repair on a semi trailer at a local hotel for when my husband arrived, was told she would need to call me back because she wasn’t sure if anyone was working although the advertise 24/7. An hour later she calls back, stating they don’t have a used tire, first off that wasn’t the issue and I don’t even recall giving her a tire size... While making our way to New Orleans to catch a cruise ship, our tire caught a nail on the interstate. It was after hours on a Saturday. We called several numbers looking for help and Brooks was the first to answer. Our sweet knight in shining armor met us, plugged the tire, and sent us on our way with a smile on his face the whole time. He saved our long-planned vacation from disaster and made us laugh despite the stress of an unexpected hiccup in our plans. Can’t rate this company highly enough! :)
